The ECP - Plus 200 Expert is a microprocessor controlled cooling system controller for regulating room temperature, evaporator fan and defrosting heater. The room and evaporator temperature are shown on a backlit LCD display. The cooling system controller features five independent relay outputs for the compressor, evaporator fan, defrosting heater, alarm and room lighting. The ECP - Plus 200 Expert cooling system controller also features three isolated input contacts (door contact switch, alarm switch and compressor protection) that can be configured. The state of each output is shown on the display along with the current time and month. The cooling system controller is programmed using the six buttons on the front panel. The ECP-Plus 200 Expert controller further features three NTC sensor inputs for reading the room and evaporator temperatures as well as data logging. Sensor breaks and short circuits are shown on the display. The ECP-Plus 200 Expert controller also has an integrated data logger for storing temperature and alarm data. The stored values can be shown on the display by selecting the relevant menu entries or transferred directly to an SD memory card. The appropriate software is stored on an SD memory card and is also available from us. The ECP-Plus 200 Expert conforms with general guidelines and standards such as CE, EN 61000-6-1, EN 61000-6-3, EN 60335-1. In pump down mode, the LP pressure switch is connected to the digital input (terminal INP-2 and INP-GND). The solenoid is connected to the AUX / Alarm relay. Parameter AU is set to 4. As previously stated, the ECP-Plus 200 Expert includes an integrated data logger for recording temperatures and alarms for HACCP compliance. In the event of a power failure, an in-built battery ensures data is not lost. A logging interval of 15 minutes ensures data can be kept for more than 365 days. Please note: Ensure that all data is exported before making any changes to the date and/or time (SD memory card must be ordered separately).
