The CROCCO 3CS and 3CH series air coolers are ceiling-mounted air coolers with a drip-water shutter for free convective air movement. These air coolers are often also known as “static” coolers. Static air coolers are used in cold storage areas containing sensitive chilled products where natural air circulation without any odours is desirable. The ceiling air coolers are used in areas such as: meat processing cold rooms, cheese maturation rooms, cut flowers stores and in small cold storage with explosion protection (without electrical defrosting).
