ESK filters are made entirely from steel and approved for use with R744 (CO2). ESK filters can be used anywhere within the refrigeration circuit. The large surface area of the filter is made from a fine meshed sieve material. ESK filters are made entirely from steel and can be used with all refrigerants and refrigeration oils. Experience has shown that installation of this filter before the oil level regulators and before the electronic expansion valves is extremely effective. Filters out particulate matter larger than 0.05 mm. For the electronic oil level regulators of type ERM and ERHD, ESK has designed the type FF oil filter with a filtration size of 5 μm. The filter ensures that the solenoid valve in the electronic controller continues to function properly.
