The oil filters are compatible with CO2 as well as oils and additives used. They are intended for use with non-hazardous group 2 refrigerants according to Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/EC.
The housing is hermetically sealed and has a corrosion-resistant protective coating.
The structure of the 160 micron stainless steel filter prevents the transfer of particles and thus results in a very low pressure drop. Connections are SAE flange connections.
Use a magnet at the filter inlet to permanently hold any metallic particles in the filter.
Maximum operating pressure of up to 140 bar in transcritical CO2 systems.
The oil filters are installed into the oil return line from the oil separator to the oil regulators (as close to the oil regulator as possible).

The direction of flow is marked by “IN” on the housing as well as a arrow on the product label.
The oil filters catch mechanical particles only.
