The THT 1004 controller has been specially developed for milk cooling. It replaces individual thermostats, digital displays and agitators. The temperature regulator has a two-point action, time activity is configurable. Control of the capsule is via a particularly powerful output relay. The agitator is activated together with the cooling equipment to prevent local freezing of milk. If cooling is deactivated, an adjustable timer ensures that the agitator is regularly activated. Self-monitoring prevents the milk from being lost due to freezing resulting from a defective sensor.
