R 508B

508B is an azeotropic HFC refrigerant blend designed for very low-temperature refrigeration systems and serves as a replacement for R-503. It consists of a mixture of R-116 (54%) and R-23 (46%) and is typically used in ultra-low temperature equipment (e.g. cascades, environmental chambers, ULT freezers).
