Maximum energy-efficiency
The Küba HFE® System combines the thermodynamic and fluid dynamic interactions of the various components with the optimum fin structure and newly developed heat exchanger design to ensure stable regulation of the system, even when temperature differentials are minimal.

The GEA defrosting system guarantees fast and energy-efficiency defrosting after long cooling cycles.
The motors and blades are optimally designed from the fill nozzle to the aerodynamic form and available in AC and EC variants.

Absolutely hygienic
The swivelling fan system makes thorough cleaning of the heat exchanger and fan extremely simple.

The housing has smooth, easy to clean surfaces with a food safe and environmentally friendly powder coating.

Simple installation
The sturdy and well thought-out housing is very easy to install. The rounded corners and deburred edges of the housing components means that there is no danger of injury to installers and cleaners.

The integrated terminal block for wiring in the electrics for the fan is a new feature. The spring-type terminals allow quick and secure connections.
The generously proportioned connection spaces allow for simple installation.

Heat exchanger for direct expansion

• Heat exchanger with offset pipe system, drawn oxygen free, special copper pipe with inner ribbing according to DIN EN 12735-1,2 in 12 mm diameter with closed pure aluminium HFE fins
• Fins engage with the core pipe using a bell joint
• Excellent heat transfer with minimal dimensions
• Fin spacing: Spacing = 4.0 mm; W = 7.0 mm
• Inlet connections: Single injection: Copper pipe with solder connection, fully sealed.  Multiple injection SPA(E) and SPB(E): Flow distributor, with copper solder connection
• Outlet connections: Copper pipe for solder connection with Schrader valve UNF 7/16”

Fan system

• Fan system with integrated terminal box and splash protection
• Motor for room temperatures ranging from -30 °C to +20 °C
• Integrated protection (AC) and connection sockets integrated into the hinge
• Ready-wired using spring lock terminals, thermistor leads through the terminal (AC)
• 230 V, 50/60 Hz, available in single phase AC and optionally with EC technology
• Optional EC motor with integrated motor management for monitoring operating parameters: Overcurrent, excess temperature and undervoltage to protect the fan system unit
