Description

The controllers are designed for 230 VAC / 400 VAC depending on model. The appropriate connections can be found in the included circuit diagrams. A Dixell XR 170D cooling controller or Dixell XR 440D power rack controller is used:

The XR 170D is a microprocessor-controlled regulator for refrigeration controllers for regulating the room temperature. The actual temperature is shown on a three-digital LED display. The regulator has four relay outputs, one for the compressor, evaporator fan, alarm and defrosting. The regulator additionally features an individually configurable isolated input. The state of each output is shown on the display.
The regulator further features two NTC/PTC sensor inputs for reading the room and evaporator temperatures. Sensor breaks and short circuits are shown on the display.

The XR 440D is a microprocessor-controlled regulator for regulating the power of compressor (power racks) in smaller refrigeration systems.
The input size is configurable as a pressure transmitter (4 - 20 mA signal from the high pressure or low pressure side).
Neutral zones or proportional regulation. A special algorithm provides automatically balanced operating hours.

The cooling system controller is programmed using the keyboard on the front panel or a programming Hot Key (291.3406).

Low pressure, high pressure and motor protection faults are indicated via LEDs.
