EKC 331T regulates compressor or condenser fan power to 4 different levels depending on the input pressure or input temperature in small refrigeration systems. Up to four relay outputs can be controlled. Control is based on the set target valve compared with a signal from a pressure transducer or temperature sensor. The controller can also be used as a relay module (extension module for the AK series) with the relay being activated by an external voltage signal. A relay is activated when the set alarm threshold is exceeded. Application area for the digital input:
- Night time operation with increased intake pressure
- Heat recovery with increased condensing pressure
- Externally start/stop regulation
- Monitoring of the safety circuit
