This frequency-regulated version has been developed based upon the new Tecumseh Silensys condensing units.
Design changes have brought further improvements to the noise produced by this new generation of condensing unit as well as a reduction in power consumption. Frequency regulation means that these devices can now also be used in refrigerating systems with variable cooling requirements. The Power Electronics frequency converter operates independently on the intake pressure and modifies the speed to optimally adapt performance to the current cooling requirements. These devices therefore represent a cost-effective and energy-efficient alternative to conventional multi-compressor power rack systems. This modified design uses a metallic mounting plate on which the frequency converter and additional electronic components are installed. The mounting plate is attached to the side of the housing. A display is attached on the inside of the door for operating the frequency converter.
