The Microchiller2 is a compact electronic controller from CAREL that is no bigger than a simple thermostat for controlling cold water units and heat pumps: Air/air, air/water, water/water and condenser fan units. The Microchiller² is device that is built into the front panel and is available as a DIN rail version with new control options via the local tLAN network. The Microchiller2 controls the entire circuit with up to two compressors and all peripheral devices. For the second circuit it is connected to the expansion board via the tLAN allowing up to four compressors to be used. A driver for an electronic expansion valve can be connected for each circuit via the tLAN.
