Cascade power rack regulator AK-PC 781 (24 V AC). The AK-PC 551 regulator controls the performance of compressors and condensers in smaller refrigeration systems. Energy is saved through intake pressure optimisation, night time increases, fluid condensing pressure and a load shedding threshold! A maximum of eight compressors and one condenser can be controlled:
An intake group + a condensing group
Two intake groups + one common condenser (max. 4 + 4 steps)
A compressor group, maximum eight levels
A condenser group, maximum eight levels
Inputs and outputs:
The number of available inputs and outputs is limited. The following connections can be made for each signal type:
Analogue inputs, max. 8
Signal from pressure transmitters, temperature sensors, voltage signal, etcDigital inputs, max. 8
Signal from automatic safety regulator, day/night signal, etcRelay outputs, max. 6
Connect compressors, condenser fanSolid state outputs, max. 2
Control the load valve on a Copeland digital scroll
Control the relief valve on a Copeland Stream compressor
Control both relief valves on a Bitzer CRII
If the outputs are not required for these functions, they can be used as standard relay outputs

Control the speed of compressors or condenser fans
Operation:
Daily operations can be configured directly on the regulator or via an external display. During setup, the display screens are adapted so that only relevant screens for further settings and for operation by the end user can be opened. Operation is password-protected and there is a 3-level permissions hierarchy. The regulator supports various languages. Simply select the preferred language during setup.
