Long-term storage, ensuring reliable ripening processes, maintaining a precise humidity - all of these are areas in which the SG commercial classic excels - complex refrigeration tasks for (large-scale) industrial production and processing.
The requirements for refrigerated goods are complex. The cooling process involves much more than simply the temperature of the goods. Devices must ensure minimal dehumidification over large areas.
Such capabilities are required in the meat and baking industries, in flower, fruit and vegetable warehouses and in deep-free applications. These areas also need to avoid aggressive environmental conditions.
The SG commercial classic is also a strong performer in complex systems, e.g. cold storage areas that are frequently accessed and thus experience regular ambient air exchange. Where there is a high turnover of goods or long storage periods, the SG commercial classic sets new standards in efficiency and reliability.
If goods are frequently removed and replaced, the cooling capacity of the evaporator must be specified so that an even temperature distribution can be ensured.

The SG commercial classic is the ideal air cooler for such applications. Of key importance here is that the aligned pipe system experiences less dehumidification than a standard air cooler with offset piping.
Depending on configuration, the range of possible applications ranges from normal cooling down to low room temperatures of -25 °C.
What makes the new SG commercial classic truly different is its excellent range of standard features: These fulfil all the requirements needed for the intended use cases.

The parts that make up the housing have a food-safe and environmentally friendly powder coating for a surface that is resistant to scratches, impacts and corrosion as well as being easy to clean. Ceiling mounts are made of stainless steel.

The speed of ErP compliant AC fans can be adjusted using an additional device*. They are exceptionally well suited to small and medium sized cold storage areas.
The SG commercial classic series offers a range of devices for standard and complex applications available and which provide the best possible value for money. The 18 device models are available with power rating from 0.9 to 23 kW [NB2].
