Thermal Mastic is a heat-conducting material that conducts heat four times better than a purely mechanical connection. This material has been developed in order to improve heat transfer between touching surfaces. Thermal Mastic is made from synthetic resin, plastics and a highly thermally conductive filler material. Thermal Mastic can be used anywhere where fast heat transfer is required: between tube coils and casings, between fluid and suction line heat exchangers, for temperature sensors e.g. on expansion valves.
