  • Preparation: The guidelines for working with adhesive 520 also apply here. The special cleaning solution should be used for cleaning the surface. Ideal working temperature is +20 °C. Do not use below ±0 °C.
  • Use: Use is the same as for adhesive 520. Please note that the airing time can be quite a lot shorter. The adhesive stands out for its excellent initial adhesion.
  • Pipe insulation: The guidelines for applying the adhesive and joining the surfaces are the same as for adhesive 520. If you see no threads when touching and lifting your finger (finger test) but the surface still feels cold, the adhesive needs to be left a little longer to air (approx. 30 seconds).
  • Vessel insulation: Apply the HT 625 adhesive thinly across the entire surface of the insulation plate and the surface to which it will be stuck. To keep the amount of solvent to a minimum, the adhesive should be left to air for about 5 minutes depending on how thickly it has been applied.
  • Drying time: 36 hours
  • Storage: As cool as possible, but free from frost. Jellification that occurs due to frost is reversible
  • Storage life: approx. 1 year
  • Normal yield: 3-4 m2 per litre when applied to entire surfaces for plate material (when applied to both surfaces)
