The rolling piston principle with pusher and rotating piston ensures lower noise output. The vibration energy transferred from the compressor to the condensing unit is significantly lower due to the use of external vibration dampers with a high radial elasticity. The research and development departments at Tecumseh Europe have designed a condensing unit that generates only minimal vibrations. The difference in noise output is significant. The HGA condensing unit produces fewer low frequencies than a condensing unit with a piston compressor. The compressor housing filters out the remaining high frequencies.
