The Universal R4 is a microprocessor-controlled digital controller for temperature and cooling location regulation. The current valve as well as switch states of each relay are shown on the display. The cooling system controller is programmed using the buttons on the front panel or via PC software in connection with the Dixell Wizmate. Full Hot Key functionality for programming is also available.

New functions of the current Universal R4:

  • Dual power supply 12 VAC/DC and 230 VAC
    Low voltage (12 V AC/DC) and mains voltage (230 V AC) selectable on the terminal connectors

  • Quick and easy to set up
    Directly select functions via key press (7 preconfigured applications)

  • New CX design front
    Display with icons for status messages and alarms. Six keys for programming and operating the device

  • Second evaporator function available
    The fourth relay (AUX) as well as sensor Pb3 can be used for a second evaporator.
    These are independently configurable via the parameters

  • ON/OFF key
    On/off key (stand-by)
